Tribute to Star Trek legend Leonard Nimoy may he rest in peace.

I was going to do my next blog about the recent Oscars night, but after hearing some shocking news about the death of the legend Leonard Nimoy I decided to do my next one in tribute to him.

RIP Leonard Nimoy
Leonard Nimoy  first appeared on our screens in a 1951 film called " Queen for a day" and made his first tv debut in 1954 in an episode of Dragnet as Julius Carver. He did many tv and film appearances before starting in Star trek as the well known "Spock". He worked on Star trek for 79 episodes and he was nominated for prime time emmy award for best supporting actor in a drama series in 1967,1968 and 1969.
Aswell as appearing in additional star trek films, he also made guest appearances in the latest Star trek film along side Chris Pine and Zachary Quinto and done voice overs for Sentinel Prime in the Transformers Film.
My dad was a very big Star trek fan when I was growing up and we were both Spock fans, we would always try to practice the famous Vulcan Salute.Leonard did alot of work with both Tv and film from 1951 - present but I will always remember him along with others as " Spock "

RIP Leonard Nimoy my thoughts go out to your family and friends.
